Once your event has been booked with Vita First Aid we can guarantee that we will be attending your event. Unlike other companies, we have a large pool of highly skilled professional staff able to attend your event.

The number of first responders events require vary depending on the size and kind of event being hosted. As a rule of thumb, we recommend a minimum of one first responder per two thousand people, but this differs depending on the level of risk at your event. Our thorough consultation process will be able to ensure that we are able to provide you with a safe amount of staff for your event.

As we provide first aid cover for public events, Vita First Aid carries a standard $20,000,000 professional indemnity as we as $20,000,000 public liability insurance. If you do require more insurance for your event, we can provide more upon request.

As a general rule, Vita First Aid is very self-sufficient. But to help us provide the best service to you, a large first aid room would assist us in providing your patrons with the best care. In our consultation process, we will discuss any further needs that we require.

We understand the importance of working with event organisers, and we do our best to adapt to your needs. Due to the Award Agreement on paid staff, there is a four-hour minimum call out time for your desired date range when booking through us!
